The current SFI Strategy, Agenda2020, has served SFI well. It is now time for a new strategy beyond 2020. In developing this new strategy, we have consulted widely with many stakeholders to get ideas on what would best serve Ireland and the research system as we look towards 2025. Based on all the consultation findings, we are drafting an outline strategy.

Help shape our strategy! On Thursday 7th March (8am to 8pm), SFI will host an online forum to discuss our new outline strategy. We want you to tell us what you think, to help further shape the future direction for SFI. More information will follow. In the meantime, please save the date!

Thursday 7th March 2019

The process included extensive data gathering, workshopping and brainstorming ideas with our stakeholders, and then taking an iterative approach to the analysis and synthesis of the data. A draft outline will be developed and brough back out to consultation on 7th March. From there, a detailed strategy will be developed.
